Reality is my greatest teacher.
My mission is to help individuals, leaders and organisations build success by aligning with reality instead of resisting it.
My name is Lesego Modiakgotla.
I am an Industrial Engineer, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, MBA graduate from Wits Business School, author, and Head of Business Excellence.
For more than fifteen years, I have worked across engineering, operations and continuous improvement, helping organisations improve performance through process improvement, operational excellence and strategic transformation.
Across industries and challenges, one lesson kept repeating itself:
Reality always wins.
That observation became more than a leadership principle. It became a philosophy for life—and the foundation of my first book, Reality Always Wins: What You Refuse to Face Controls You.
